MICROS Skip Database Update

Anyone remember if there is a way to make micros patches skip the database portion?
 
I found this from a whiles back... I can't recall if these are version specific.

HKLM\Software\Micros\Patch\BypassReboot - Add this and set to true to stop the post patch reboot (I don't use this one, but it's an option)
