So the company I work for just updated Simphony running on 270s and 5As. The issue is that now the KDS is not displaying anything ordered. We have tried to wipe and re-cal the terminals but nothing. Any ideas of what it could be? Does something need to be changed in EMC?

If no error message on the terminal when the order is sent, then the issue is programming in EMC.

We are having a similar issue since upgrading to Simphony v1.6. Did you ever find a resolution to this? Ours will update for awhile, then suddenly stop with no error, KDS still shows a green connection light, but the server shows it down. We never drop any packets to it and the local retailer, DCRS, just has us reboot it until it comes back. I'm not into pressing a button 10 times a night as a fix, so trying to see if anyone else has this issue. We never had a problem with these same KDS's on 9700.
