micros simphony 2 - isl window problem

Hello guys,

I have a problem to a Customer who uses Simphony 2.

When the waiters use a button on Micros which opens a window from isl the window appears for 1 sec and closes again. They have to press the button up to 10 times to make the window stay open.

Is this a known bug or is there any fix for that?

The specs for the workstations are:
WS6D
Windows 8.1
Industry Pro
Atom CPU E3827 1.74 GZ
4GB DDR3 1,333

Problem solved.

The user who uses the button makes double clicks on the touchscreen and he manages to click different buttons before the first window appears.
