Micros RES 5.1 Product Management Reports Issues

Hi,

In our company we have 3 restaurants, all the databases are a copy from the first one (that was done by the company who sold us the system), and they only changed the name in order to have the right name according to the store location. Now we're trying to deploy the Product Management in the 3 restaurants, on the first restaurant works all ok, but in the others 2 (the ones with the copy of the DB) all appears to be ok, but when you try to see the Inventory Count Variance Preview no one product is listed and no one item has the expected quantity or so.

Have somebody experience with that?

The first part of the attachment is the one with error, and the second is the one which is working fine.

Your issue has nothing to do with it being a copy of a database nor the name of the restaurant. Most Micros 3700 databases are copies of someones database or one of Micros. Are all three restaurants licensed for Product Management? Have actual counts been done at the new restaurants with the errors? Have items been sold that are linked to recipes?

Actually you're right, after reading your comment I have remembered that this database has a lot of icons/buttons from others restaurants haha...

And yes, the counts were done at the restaurants with problems following this steps: Tasks > Inventory Schedule > Selecting the day > entering the count and then save and preview. Other interesting point is that I can see perfectly the Stock on Hand and how they decrease day after day and it match almost perfectly with my physical counts, but for some reason I can't see the Inventory Count Variance Preview report
