MICROS RES-4 RE[PORT PRINTING

HI GUYS,

Just a quick question about report printing, micros Autosequences and Reports keeps printing in portrait even when the printer and auto seq.. are set to landscape. When youi click print it just keeps going on to portrait. It is so annoying and cuts out part of report. Even printing to pdf, it still prints on to portrait.

Just wondering if someone knows how to fix this, thank you in advance, oh happy 2013 to all, wishing all the best for 2013.

Change the windows printing preferences to Landscape.
Start / Printers and Faxes. Right click the printer you'r using for reports and Select Printing Preferences. Somewhere in there will be an option to change the default orientation.

If you have multiple windows users, each one will have to do this once.

I need to format some of the text to be BOLD.
How is this done?
