Micros Res 4.5 KDS Review Last problem

We start using the version 5.4 of Micros Res and found a problem with the KDS module, every order is routed correctly to the assigned screen, when the employee pressed the Done key on the bump bar, the order got deleted from the screen as expected, but if you try to review the last order the screen shows only header and footer but not the order detail.

Attached you can find an image.

We have other store with version 4.7 and the review last function works as expected.

Does somebody has experimented the same issue?

Sorry, the thread title refers to an incorrect version, says 4.5 and should be 5.4

Are you using a Tool Bar display or a bumpbar? Either way verify they are built correctly and you are calling the one you want to display. We had a location that the KDS Toolbar did not stay the same build going from 4.x to 5.x So just double check "Recall Last" is the button you are using.

Thanks Wildbar, we are using bumpbars. We use seven kds and only the ones configured as Expo has this problem, we changed the expo kds to other location and configured as a prep screen and works better, at least let us use the review last function to show the last 8 orders.
