Hi Guys,

Is time and attendance part of the enterprise module or not. if not then how do I clock employees on the shift. Any guidance will be handy.

Regards
Lamez

I definitely have time and attendance module.

I entered all employees and now when i try they id on the touch screens, it asks to clock in. Please some one please enlighten me.
How to have the employees be able to use till without clock in. Is the clock in difficult to set up.

I open in two sleeps.

Thank in advance

You are licensed for Time and Attendance?
If so in touch screen desingner make a Key on your main touchscreen that is "Functio Non Sales " "Clock In / Out

Ok Thank you wildbar. I did what you said and now it says time and attendance module not licenses. So the system cost a lot of money.
however, Time and attendance is a huge component of the system. When the new owners purchased the business the micros system component and software
was not itemized. I feel the price might have been inflated. Is it wise to assume and investigate the pricing for the system. 40K server, software, 3 terminals one HHD.

Dont know, so till we find out just have to manual roster and keep the timesheets to corelate with reports.
Anyway how much is the T/A module.

Thank you.

If you look in license manager it will tell you what the system is licensed for.
If buying a used system you always want to make sure your are getting the license key (dongle) and look in license manager for the codes that have actually been licensed to the system. (and dont let them just put things in demo mode)
I am not a sales person but $40k should get you like a server, 7 terminals, printers, hardware, 3700 software and all the other modules.
When i bought Time and Attendance (was back when version 1 came out so 15?? years ago) it was $800 ish.
When i buy software from them i tell them i just want the license code, no install, no setup, nothing else.
It makes the price a lot easier to handle....
