[Micros RES 3700] - unable to change revenue center

Hi!, I have this problem. I have seven Workstation, but only one can't change to revenue center Room Service. From other Workstation we can change to Room Service, but in this device, i get this message "unable to change revenue center".

I reviewd 3700d.log and the log line (when I did try to change) is "Error in call to sp_UpdateUwsLinks statement"...

Any Idea that can help me?

I would first try rebooting the workstation first. If that doesn't clear up the issue, I would wipe the compact flash and run CAL again. This would erase and re-install everything on that workstation. Since it is only on that one workstation, this should clear up the issue. If it was on all of them, then this would probably not clear up the issue.

Open the POS Configurator and go to the Devices tab, User Workstations button.
Select the workstation giving you problems and go to the Options tab
Make sure "Allow multiple RVC's" is checked.

Thanks pmegan, that's okay, also the flag in employee class.

Still have the problema in the Workstation.
