Micros Res 3700 SIM to start tab with name from a credit card

I've had a SIM installed on our Micros system for 10+ years. This SIM quit working on 3 of the 4 terminals.
1. Login to terminal
2. Click Begin By CC, this brings up another screen that is created by the SIM.
3. Swipe Card and it Starts a Tab with the Name on the Credit Card.

This works on terminal 2, on terminals 1,3 & 4 when you swipe the card we get an error "Invalid Data Entered"

Any help or advice on how i can repair this on the other terminals would be great.

I can remote into each of the terminals and they all have the correct pms2.isl file on them. I've even reconfigured the CAL. What else could I look at to solve this problem?
