MICROS RES 3700 - Remote printer not working

hi all, I need help on fixing a remote printing issue that I have with my MICROS RES 3700. I am not familiar with the MICROS RES 3700 backend settings hence pardon me if I ask a lot of questions. Appreciate if anyone can point me in right direction.an overall setup of our MICROS as follow:-

1 x MICROS server
5 x Workstation 5A
3 x Remote printer (1 for bar counter, 2 for kitchen)

so below are details/symptoms of this intermittent issue along with pics:-

for est. 6 orders (food items) 1 would fail to send the print job to both two kitchen remote printer, print job will then be directed to the workstation local printer.

or

food item order will fail to either 1 of the two kitchen remote printer

it used to work perfect by sending all food items to both kitchen remote printers and all drinks items to the bar remote printer, no matter which workstation the order was keyed in from. this problem starting arising after I had apply the patch from MICROSOFT for legacy system dealing with the wannacry ransomware.

Typically when this happens we have to reCAL the workstation after a wiping it because it was the result of a registry issue.

Thank you sir for the suggestion. I will try to reCAL all the workstation and if it works.
