Micros RES 3700, Error 99 to close a till,

someone to support me to resolve this error, check and check open but I can not fix this problem! thanks for the help

You go into DBISQL and close it. Once closed it can be reopened in CM and counted.

Ok thanks I already did and it worked, only for reference, for originating this error and / or is there somewhere in the description of these errors, thanks for the support
