Micros problem 'Check no longer owned by this UWS'

I got same problem as a previous thread but cannot find solution:

We have a Windows 7 PC that is running RES 3700 v5.2, it is behaving strangely, it keeps coming up with the loading screen (see problem1.gif) and every now and then when paying of a check we see the message 'Check no longer owned by this UWS'. (see problem2.gif) the thing is, this is the only machine within this particular Revenue Centre, so nothing else should be taking hold of the check...

If OPS is running multiple times i know this message.
This can happen if you have one "SERVER" as Till and you activated RDP for multiple users with a hack. And the RDP user is starting ops in the background on the same machine.
Both use the same RES\POS\ETC\localdb folder.

The problem was caused when 2 workstations have same computer name.
