Hi guys, first post here! Hoping it helps, and a thank you in advance!

Issue 1: How can I get no receipt to print when closing out a Credit Card?

Issue 2: How can I find out the name of a printer in network?

Dear there is a tool to find out the network printers, either open Configurator/devices/select printer name & check the interface it is IDN or IP just note IP and ping it even try to ipen same ip in IE explorer & can find out exact printer name & ip.
