micros pos 3700 password recovery

i have a micros pos 3700 4.8 and my ex manager changed my password so i won't be able to connect and edit my new employees or user id is there anyway i could recover my user id and password or just to create and new one

i have a micros pos 3700 im trying to change the privilege of a user but i don't have the admin privilege to do it is there script that i can use to give the user privilege or make a new user id with pass that has the admin privilege
