We are looking for a way to omit certain credit card transaction from daily batches on Micros Res3700 5.1.
These transactions are unique and consistent in that the credit card numbers are longer due to three additional digits added to the credit card number. We need to omit these transaction from the batch and wondering if there is a way to omit them without manual picking. Please let me know if this is something that can be reliably done.

This is a VERY weird request. Are these not valid cards? If they aren't you should use the settings to prevent them from even ending up in the batch.

yes it an odd one, we are using a 3rd party solution for emv and the native micros swip, but it seems the 3rd party is sending the transaction to the batch, we want to use both and only way is to omit them from the batch. Is it possible? How would I go about it?

The doesn't make a lot of sense.. I can't imagine any reason that a third party EMV solution would do that. Most of them use what amounts to a cash tender in order to close out the check rather than doing some kind of crazy manual insert into the database. I would speak to them about getting their system to no longer do that.

is it possible though? Want some insight into if worth pursuing and finding someone to do this.
