Sales and labor data has stopped syncing to MyMicros. Our store manager needs it for her KPI sales reports.

Things that lead up to what may have caused this:
-There was a power outage the day before that lasted for several hours. After power came back, everything seems normal.
-The PC/Server where Micros is on is kind of old. C drive had only about 2 GB of free space left. My long term goal was to fly out to the store and do a clone of the drive onto a bigger drive. In the mean time, I opted for a band-aid solution: PC has 1 physical drive with 3 partitions (OS, Micros, Storage). Store employees saved all files onto OS and etc. So I basically cut some free space from the other two partitions and extended the OS partition to give it some breathing room before I have to fly out. After this was done remotely, I double checked the micros system and everything was functioning properly.
-Sales and credit card batching is working, but we notice data stopped syncing to MyMicros

Our store manager has started a Micros ticket, but it usually takes them up to 4 weeks to get things resolved. Especially worrisome is that the call center had no idea what MyMicros was, so they had to escalate it.

While waiting, I'm wondering if anyone can provide an insights on things I can do to resync the data. I've double checked the services (watchdog and etc.) and they are running.

The usual thing I have seen that stops the sync is doing a java update. Mymicros usually runs a couple of release versions behind the current java release (very hugely annoying) Check to see what java version you are running and when it was updated. You may need to roll it back. If the services are running did anything else change? Drive letters? Path?

The current RTA works just fine on the current release of Java. The trick is that to install it you have to install the 32 bit java, use 32 bit internet explorer, and add your portal to the trusted site list. If you setup that way, the RTA installs just fine.

Last java updated on the system was back in December so that doesn't seem to be the culprit. Services are running and none of the paths changed. The store employees have rebooted it several times as well.

Any errors in the RTA logs? Does it show the jobs running successfully?
