Hi diaczykmd,

you should open the POS Configurator / Devices / Devices and set a new device.

Under General select Device Type: Roll Printer / Network Node: MICROS Server (is up to you)
Go to Printer Definition: Printer Interface Type: TCP/IP Interface / Printer Type: Epson TM-200 Roll
Go to Printer Interface: IP Adress:port: And set the IP from your Printer and the Port 9100.

I have attached some print screen from my MICROS POS restaurant installation.

Kind regards
Simon

Okay everyone thanks this keeps getting worse. No luck I have no tcp/ip interface for my kitchen or thermal printers. I looked in the table at the drop down for the tcp/ip printer interface. It is not there, what is the opos interface mean. What are my options to setup a remote kitchen printer. Thanks again.

What version of Res 4 are you using? IP printing wasn't added until v4.3 so if you're on 4.0 or 4.1 it won't be an option in the setup screen.
