Micros KDS DT166 cannot enter server info in Cal Window

In the Cal window keyboard will not respond to data entry of server name or ip address.
exit out to desktop and entry works in text file so kb and mouse work fine.
Another unit I have works fine.
Firmware was upgraded and same as working unit.
So what could be up?? Thanks
