Micros Givex GC error

installing Givex on a RES 5.4 system and think I am close to having everything resolved but when entering a card number to check balance I get:

If pic doesnt come through:

Tender Preset not found.

Something simple I know but late in the day and cannot figure it out

Looks like a mis-configured touchscreen button. Could be something in the SIM too - an incorrect link that should be going to a tender/print check and instead is looking for a non-existent Preset Tender.

Checked those and no issues that I can see. The SIM is pretty damned stupid
