I'm experiencing almost an identical problem that user JeffnLR mentioned in the following thread but never seemed to solve: thread693-1696330

I've successfully updated the bitmap logos on three terminals, but 1 of the 3 is still displaying the old logo as a floating image/screen saver. Is there any specific place this file is being cached? Can I simply disable the screen saver somehow?

Minimize ops on the workstation and then open Explorer. Go to Docs folder, and you should see a screen saver utility folder. There is a little program in there that controls the settings, including letting you change which bitmap it uses.

Thank you Moregelen! Your instructions worked perfectly. Thanks for the detail - really helps when you're as green as I am [wavey3]
