Has anyone seen this issue before? Very weird. I have a MICROSv3700 who uses first data to process credit cards. They had an older version of CC driver (Non TLS compliant) so the system stopped authorizing cards and batching until they were able to upgrade to the newer TLS 1.2 driver. That was upgraded and now everything seems to be working and they can get authorizations and batch. However, when the system was not working, they were ringing all items in as manual authorizations. We have two batches stuck in the system that will not transfer. When they attempt to do so, they get a CA/EDC Format error -37. Message. I have never seen thatvbefore. I suspect that it does not like something in the batch that they are trying to send. I looked thru the two batches and they all seem to look ok. It just will not transmit these particular two. Like I said before, any NEW batches seem to work fine. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Where the Credit cards authorized when this happened? or where they manually keyed in without getting voice auth?
If they authorized and you have a trans key. you credit card processor can re-key the batch on their end.
If this was manually done without getting a voice auth you are in trouble unless you have a carbon copy of the credit card there is no way for you processor to verify the credit cards you did offline.

The credit cards were being manually authorized (Keyed in). they were not able to get real authorizations at that point. So I am sure that one of the authorizations it probably doesn't like, but how to find out with 300 credit cards in the batch? Hopefully someone has seen that error before.

Any authorizations codes start with a letter? Had that issue once. Would not accept them. Also watch when it does the transfer and see what what credit card it gets stuck on. It seems to send 3 at a time so should be in a group of three...then trial and error.
