Micros Autosequences and Reports / Reports preview loads then goes to grey screen

We are currently wrapping up conversion from XP to 7 on all of our restaurant office pcs to keep in compliance. At one of our locations, when you go to Autosequences and Reports / Reports, and try to view any report, it will process the request and say "loading" in the background, then go to a grey screen where the report should be. We've rebooted the server pc, updated Java, tried moving all the reports from the reports folder from a location that we know is working, checked printer orientation, etc...to no avail. I pulled the report viewer.exe file from that other location as well. Any suggestions out there?

If you have a copy of crystal reports I would try validating the report against the database as a first step.
