[MICROS 9700 v3.6] - Application SAROPS.EXE encountered a serious error and must shut down

Hi community, I've this serious trouble with MICROS 9700 v3.6 MR11.

My environment:

. WS5A, Windows Embedded CE 6.0, EngPlatform GR12
. SAR OPS 11.10.469 (9700)

"Application SAROPS.EXE encountered a serious error and must shut down"

Any, any help will be helpful.

Try manually going into and out of offline mode. That's worked for me in the past.

Thanks RTGPOS, but the SAROPS simply crash and I've to restart the WS5A.

The solution must be in other way... thanks anyway.

Please check your gateway, may be your micros server has a gateway & same gateway is for workstation also please go to workstation and remove the gateway & your micros server ip will be gateway for your workstation, if you are in Riyadh we can help you.
