Micros 9700 software key - grace period 1

Hello All,

The software key keeps going into grace period. Shutting down seems to be the only thing that fixes the issue though temporarily. We have moved the key to different ports. Any other things I can try?

Micros/Oracle does not use a USB key any longer. There is a key fix in place now.
Do you have any maintenance offered by them? If so, you can call them and get the necessary file. Otherwise, I could pass it along, depending on the version.
What version of Micros are you running?

All I need to do is download this and follow the instructions and I wont need the physical key any longer?
