Micros 9700 SAR Ops Mouse

Does anyone know how to turn on the mouse cursor when using a 9700 sar ops on a desktop? I need to test a few things with sar ops and it's behaving like i'm using a touchscreen (hiding the mouse cursor). I found a few threads on the internet on how to enable it in the registry, but it is only for the 3700 version

What version of 9700?
Also, How did you install the Winclient? (Winclient or Admin)
If v4, then did you install the Sar OPs or Winclient.

In the configuration menu, the Touchscreen section, does it read MOUSE?
