The most common reason is the antivirus settings are set to read/write in the d:\micros directory (exclude all subs too). Second is the RAID write back cache is note set propery or the battery on the RAID controller is bad.
Thank you for your reply, FoodtoGo...We have version 2.8. Antivirus is excluding the Micros directory (and subs). I'll check the RAID settings.
