Micros 9700, Credit Card error "BAD REQUEST"

So at random when a server/bartender is trying to run/charge a credit card for payment an error window appears saying "BAD REQUEST". To rresolve the issue we have to do a full system restart, any ideas on what causes this?!

Check to make sure the Button is pointing to the correct function or macro (and such).

Are you doing a Authorize and Final or just the Auth?
