micros 8700 printing problem

The receipts on my 8700 cutoff the bottom part. The bottom part of the receipt prints on the start of the next receipt slip. Does anyone know what could cause this to happen? The result of this is that totals don't show with the rest of the receipt.

It should have something to do with the number of lines on the receipt defined in Micros 8700 or with the lengt setup in the printer. What type of printer are you using ? Tm88-II og III ?
