MICROS 5.2 WS5A reports freezing

I am having an issue figuring out reports freezing, dashboard not opening etc. We have been resetting the server to fix. Has anyone experienced this? Resetting is a temp fix that we really don't want to keep doing. We tried resetting the autoseq server, the micros reporting service, not working.

I also have a question about using VNC viewer on Micros 5.2. We were able to use it on 4.6 but it will not work with 4.6. We did install it though.

Do you have a real printer plugged into the server? Are you using 2 network cards ? one for micros, one for internet?

Yes, we have a printer plugged into the server pc with a usb cable. It's either a Xerox or Okidata brand. I don't think we have 2 different nic cards.
