Micros 5.2 not able to receive Packages

i am having issue with receiving packages getting this error.
Help me to fix this error

Have you tried making a sync packet and receiving it? Or you can try receive -f from the command prompt to force receive it.

Please check if you had done any changes in employees in the restaurant level just delete that & try to receive it, please never do any changes from store level.

You may have created some Employee Classes manually in the Restaurant and the EM is trying to find the Primary Key, but unable since already there is existing record in the DB.

Clear it from the Restaurant, and receive it again.
