Micros 3700 Void/Return Reason Codes

I am trying to add Void/Return Reason Codes to my system. However, whenever I click on the "Reasons" button through my POS Configurator, I receive an error message that says "You do not have security access rights for this action". I have access rights to everything else in the system except for the "Reasons" button. Any idea why this is? Changing my employee class doesn't solve the issue.

If you have LM or PM make the change in "Security Access" If you don't its done in "Back Office Classes" and "Configurator Access" I believe.

I can't find a "Reasons" button to change the access privileges in either "Configurator Access" or "Back Office Classes".

Launch POS Configurator.
Under "System" you will see "Reasons".
Create the void make sure you add a check to "Use with Voids".

If Reasons is greyed out, you may not have the proper permissions.
