I have Micros 3700 v4.9 and am looking to generate some reports. I've created an Autosequence and am setting it up in Autosequence Steps.

When I export it to a PDF, it builds the file but when I try to open it "File is damaged or corrupt".

I've done this same process in Micros v5.0+ and had no issues. The system itself saves reports as docs but I'm looking for PDF.

Has anyone been able to automate PDF reports in 3700 v4.9?

Thanks!

Yes - I'm just creating an Autosequence and named it to something.pdf, as we do in 5.0+

I see the batch file. Have you successfully done it? I'm not understanding how to set it up with the batch, autosequence and calls.

The default crystal reports is producing a doc. I'd be glad to use an excel or csv.
