Micros 3700 Starting a Bar tab

Hello,

I was just curious if there was a button that would extract someone's name from their credit card when starting a tab. I know there's a "pre-authorize" button, which my bartenders use, but they have to name each tab after every pre-auth. I know aloha has this option and just wondering if Micros has it as well.

Yes. Its a SIM. Due to PCI considerations and how SIM works you have to swipe the card twice. Still interested?
