Micros 3700 Split check error

Hello Anyone and everyone,

I am running into the strangest problem without Micros 3700 version 4.6 system. Every time we split a check with condiments, the condiments do not carry over and the check then becomes a problem in the system and shuts down the RES completely. the only way to fix the problem is to run the syntax on the main hub to remove the check and ten reboot the system in the specific revenue center. This is become a big issue because we can no longer split checks without the whole operations going down. Has anyone ever had this problem before? Any ideas as to what might be happening.

Any help would be amazing.

Hi,
have you checked the Menu Item Class for the condiments and checked the value under General Options called "Shareable"?

Yup, they are currently sharable, everything is! I am really stumped with this one. have you ever had a problem like this before?

I should probably also mention that when I run the RES on the main hub computer and try to split a check as you wold in the revenue centers it shuts down, but on this system I get an error message that says "Unhandled Exception: Breakpoint" Has ANYONE ever had this problem before? I am going crazy here.
