micros 3700-Special Prep/Condiments question

All,
In our system, we use special prep condiment and comments where the operator inputs from the touchscreen.
Does anyone know where this data is going or saved in the backend, DB, a file or something?

it should be keeping track of special prep condiments as long as they're properly set up in the system.
