MICROS 3700 RES question

Is any one still alive who knows how to work on Micros 3700 Res? I have an old system at work and I have been told that you cant look up reports past three years but I really need my old reports but im getting this error message every time I try: #519 = Error in File D:\MICROS\RES\POS\REPORTS\TAX_S002.RPT: No print window is opened. Does any one know how to help me with this? I am being audited and I really need the information

The easiest thing is to load crystal reports on that machine and run the reports from there.

As for the data, unless you subscribe to Micros Cloud storage, 999 days is the max.
