Micros 3700 - Print Job Rejected Error

Hello Team,

Facing issue with the Epson TM-U 220 printer, the error is showing as "Print Job Rejected and sending to Backup Printer" for every order.Using Micros 3700 5.7 MR5.Please help with this.

Is the printer only in use for micros?

Something similar happened to me some time ago, the printer had been installed with EPSON drivers on another PC for another system that shared the same store and the driver generated a conflict. At the end we used a generic/text only driver on the other system, and it worked.

Have you tested the printer through the confidence test? Errors?
If the printer is connected to a workstation have you rebooted that workstation?
