Micros 3700 POS Operations not starting

Micros 3700 v3 Setup. Have purchased new work station license from Micros (for a total of 9 workstations with foundation level 2). Have purchased used Eclipse from EBay and imaged with existing workstation. Changed IP addy and Netbios name. Created corresponding entries in POS Configurator under Devices --> Network Node / Devices / User Workstations. New station is seen under Micros Control Panel (green check mark) with Print Controller but no POS Operations. What have I missed to get the new work station to start POS Operations? I have tried rerunning netsetup on workstation. Station will not launch in stand alone mode either.

Rebooting the server fixed the problem.
