Micros 3700 PMS Interface error IFS error [IFS_NOT_REGISTERED]

Hello,
We have a client that is adding a PMS for Room Master. The interface is configured on the Micros side and room master has completed the interface on their end but, we're unable to post.

The error in the 3700d log is:
Fri Oct 19 15:04:32 2018 | MICROS01 | MDSIFSAdapter | 0 | Client not registered to receive - cannot cancel |
Fri Oct 19 15:04:32 2018 | MICROS01 | MDSIFSAdapter | 0 | IFS error [IFS_NOT_REGISTERED] |
Fri Oct 19 15:04:32 2018 | MICROS01 | OPS | 0 | IFS error [IFS_NOT_REGISTERED] |

Has anyone else experienced this and what the resolution is?
