micros 3700 ops software not licensed

After upgrading from 5.4 to 5.7.1 we are these errors "The Workstation Theme file failed to load" and "ops software not licensed" behind it when CAL'ing terminals. We have recalled several times, verified the settings are correct and are not sure where to go with this. This is on a Micros WS6.
 
I think u need to add the clients and activate the license code from license Manager.

There is no File for the current Theme
Fallback is to the Standard 3700 Theme so OPS will start after this error message.

Open License Manager - POS 3700 - Clients
Check the amount of License the customer have
Verify the Numbers are correct with POSCFG - UserWorkstations - General / License Code
 
We already confirmed that is has a license and is activated. I forgot to mention, that we were having this issue, it went away so we went to install it and it came back. We staged a new terminal and received the same thing. We checked the theme and it's curved, just like 20 other terminals at this site.
 
We confirmed the licenses look correct. This was actually a terminal that was working until we upgraded the site to 5.7.1 with hot fix 1. All other terms are fine, but this one.
 
I think there's specific licence codes you have to use in POSCFG for workstations. What is the licence code set for this specific user workstation? Found in POSCFG --> Devices --> User Workstations under Licence Code.
 
PCWS21 is the one with the issue. Check the screen shot.

Did you wipe windows and start fresh? Usually fixes these CAL issues I have found.
 
Any other devices have the licence code of 7? Make sure the MDSHOSTS.xml file is the same on the workstation and the server.
 
We staged this terminal multiple times various was, including changing from Win 10 to Win 8, just to try to get it working.

Right before my last post with the screen shot, I went through all the licenses twice to be sure 7 wasn't assigned to anything else.

Yeah, we tried that too. We also staged another PC with as a new device and got the same thing. At this point we think something might have gotten corrupted during the upgrade, so we are going to take it back to 5.4 and then bring it forward again, fingers crossed.
 
In license manager what is the foundation licensed at?
Think with keyleess they are all unlimited now but is it green in license manager?
Just thinking of anything at this point.
 
can you check the cal version on the machines that are working versus the one that is not working/. i think i have seen this before and it was due to an incorrect version of cal client
 
Upgrading to the new version fixed this terminal. We are going to do the other site that has the same issue tonight. Thanks for the help.
 
Upgrading to the latest version fixed the problem. Thanks to everyone for the suggestions.
 
Hey guys, can you share the latest RES 5.7.X patch that fixes this problem? Thanks a lot in advance!
 
They have since come out with a new patch. I recommend downloading it from Oracle.
 
Thanks @AM_WG! I've been looking at Oracle download page since sunday and I only get the 5.7 PreReq and Setup, but not the patches.

Do you know where can I find the link?
