Micros 3700 odbc connection and API send order to POS

Hi people,

Can anyone give me some directions or some code .net or vb for the database connection on Micros 3700 and how to send with API:

http://localhost/ResPosApiWeb/ResPosApiWeb.asmx

So my task is to sync items with ODBC connection on database of MIcros3700
then next task is to make some order with this api.. nobody respond from oracle .. PLS HELP

Can any of you help me with project in .net how to integrate MICROS 3700.
I already made odbc connection and pull all items, modifiers combo meals etc..

Need to make order now and must work in 2 separate ways:
1. with SIM Intefrace ISL
2. with transaction service..

I really need help pls someone answer.
