Micros 3700 No Gift Card Tip Receipt

Hey guys!

I'm looking into an issue a restaurant I'm affiliated with is having..

When a server runs a gift card to pay for a check, it will not print out a receipt for the customer to tip on and sign. It only prints out what seems to be a type of validation chit.

Any ideas on what needs to be enabled through POS Config for this to occur? I've dug around trying to figure it out but must be overlooking something.

Who are you using for gift cards? What version of 3700?

Sorry, I'm not exactly sure who we are using for gift cards.

Using version 5.0 of Res 3700 Build 5.0.0400.0774.

When redeeming a gift card for a customer, the POS is prompting the waiters with a screen asking for the Tip Amount; As you can see, this is an issue because it's attempting to close out the check right when the payment is run, instead of allowing them to close it out afterwards like with credit cards.
