Micros 3700 | need to know encrypt and decrypt procedure for *.isl files.

Hi everyone,

I am desperately looking for some help with .isl files for 3700.

I need to decrypt an existing isl file, make some changes and then encrypt it again.

Please help. (please provide the tools and guides, I need to do it myself so that I can run tests before I implement it).

No one is going to share this. The file is encrypted specifically to prevent anyone else from editing it.

I believe if you give a link to the said .isl there guys who can decrypt it for you and send it back as for encrypting there is a tool in m9700 that you can use

How would one get in touch with one of these guys to decrypt a file?
I understand the reason for encrypting, but what about the situations where the install tech did a shit job and Oracle says you have to pay them more money to have them reconfigure the system that was installed incorrectly?

@ryroanderson, Were you able to decrypt the ISL file?I have the same situation. The previous owner whom we bought it from not responding at all.
