Micros 3700 --Micros Display.dll error

A customers back of house failed and Micros was called out to fix the issue. Everything works but they workstations keep getting the following error:
"Unable to load Micros display.dll". This pops up after every order is sent. The servers have to constantly hit the OK button to bypass the error much to their annoyance.

Any recommendations anyone?

Is this happening only on one workstation or all?

which ws type you using? my experiences with ws4 & ws6 is that they sometimes don't download the files.

if you have a working ws just copy its files to the offending ws if not pick the files from the server and copy directly to the ws

These are workstation 5 units and it is happening at all stations.

Which files would you recommend that I manually install on the workstations?

Copy the entire \micros\res\pos\etc folder to the etc folder on the terminals, on the CF.
