Hello,

Thanks for Replying

It seems that the autosequences are already existing (#14) however it looks like at midnight it stops working.
(we run a night club)

I took a look at the Scheduled Classes but there is nothing that references to midnight,
You can see here:

#1 is scheduled at 4-am
#2 start: 6:45AM END: 6:48
#3 Days In week - 6AM
#4 thru #10 is at 7:30 AM
#12 Days In week Start: 6:15AM END: 6:30AM

I opened the Autosequence Steps and did a search for "dash" and found two things. #10407 & #40011

In #10407 (POST DASHBOARD TOTALS)
There are several steps (all skip steps false)
and the type is 'Stored Procedure'
#5 - 117 Post Employee Job Code Totals
#6 - 118 Post Serving Period Totals
#7 - 119 Post Serving Period Sales & Tracking
#8 - 120 Post Family Group Sales
#9 - 121 Post Major Group Sales
#10 - 122 Post Menu Item Group Sales
#11 - 123 Post menu Item Sales
#12 - 124 Post Time Period Sales
#13 - 125 Post RVC Time Prd Sales & Tracking
and it also posts:
126 to 133
137 to 140
131,132,133,
137 to 140,
142,150,157,116
** On Stored Procedure 151 Post Sales Export this is entered: Parameter: Business Date parameter
Source: Numeric

#40011 (Dashboard Display Sales)
There are only two steps:

#1 - Stored Procedure: 157 Load Dashboard Totals Information
#2 - [Ranges]
Date Range Source: Inherit
Shift Range Source: Inherit
RVC Range Source: Inherit
Date Range Selection: (Empty)

Hi,
Really you should look at the help file. Search DASHBOARD

You will see that you create a schedule to start say 4 am and make it repeat every 1 minute.
Create the autosequence for sales-Post Dashboard Sales and then add the following ASeq Steps (Stored Procedures):
124 Time Period Sales
130 System Sales & tracking
115 Employee Sales
157 Load Dashboard Totals Information

Make sure you reload the database after modifying or adding Auosequences (SchedulerStatus.exe will show your the status and values are loaded from DB at bootup \ reloading DB)

I added that ASequence and at midnight the totals froze.

What autosequence runs @ midnight? I have done this at a lot of sites & no problems. Read the log & see what was happening when it froze.
Honestly, go to the Help screen, enter Dashboard, it is probably the only part of Help that is easy to understand
:)

Which help file? Whats the name of it?
I checked the Schedules and nothing is running at midnight..
Could it be because at midnight a new day is started?
I have uploaded a copy of the database, could you take a look at it?
