Hello! I have a Micros 3700. We recently changed names and I have been saddled with the unfortunate job of changing the logo that prints on customer reciepts and the login screen of the work station. Pretty much the exact question as a previous thread:
I am hugely computer illiterate, but from trolling this site, I have gotten the logos saved in what I assume are correct places on the computer, the POS configurator, etc.

As for the logo I want to print on the reciepts: I have saved monochrone logos as .bmp files that are under 12kbs (11.5) in ---->micros -----> res ------> pos -----> bitmap as well as in the WS4 folder. I sort of snapped and took it a step further by erasing any logo I could find that had anything to do with the previous logo on the computer. After rebooting everything, including each individual workstation and printer, the old logo still pops up.

As for the workstation login screen logo: On the POS operations . . . master screen it shows up with the correct logo on the log in screen, but not on any of the three server workstations. I have saved the logo as res3700.bmp (what the previous logo was saved as) and deleted any trace of the old logo I could find on the computer. Sorry to ramble, just trying to include any possibly pertinant info. . . Uhhh, so . . . It shows up on the back office computer in POS operations as correct, but each server station still shows up with this old logo that I am pretty sure no longer exists anywhere. Is there a specific size and type that this logo needs to be? It is currently a bmp (not monochrome, but since our previous logo had color, I am confused.)

I have also tried rebooting everything, (micros computer, each printer and all workstations) but still no luck. Any advice will be much appreciated. Thanks!
