When my cashiers go to run the server report at any POS station it freezes up the computer and you have to just shut it off and turn it back on to reboot the system. We have tried waiting it out but 30 minutes later still nothing. So when there is no one in the office the cashiers, to do their closing paperwork, have to go every night and add all credit card slips by hand to see what their totals are. Can anyone help me figure this out, help desk is getting me no where and now talk of $200 a hour to come check it out is being mentioned. This system has never worked and we have only had it in place for six months. Personally the reporting as easier on rectrac.
