Micros 3700 : How to configure Finger print Reader in POS

Hi,

I have Digital Persona finger print device, which I want to configure in the Micros 3700 POS for login and Clock-in\out through Finger print scanner. Can anyone please help me to configure it as I already installed the drivers,SDK and device in the POS Server but when trying to Enroll the Employee through POS configurator, then nothing is happening on employee enrollment dialogue box while scanning the finger on the device. Please suggest.

My Device is installed correctly and I can see it in Device Manager without any exclamation mark but Confidence Test Utility is still showing that No Scanner device detected. Still looking for help from experts.

Which version of RES? Are you using WS4/LX?
