Micros 3700 Happy Hour

Hi. I've programmed a set price for Happy Hour in Micros 3700 but it only seems to work on the first item which comes up on the sale. Any help please.

Can you explain only the First item? Do you have a set of items that need to be on it and or are you referring to a Condiment not showing up?

You probably have your menu levels set to "pop-up" back to level #1.
You will want to clear this option.

Thanks for the replies. I've set happy hour prices for all my daught beer from 5-6pm at a certain price. If I am doing a sale of more than one of the items, the first one comes up as the happy hour price and then the rest come up as normal price.
Wildbar, I'm pretty sure I've done that as I read somewhere else that that could've been the problem.

Make sure your touchscreen style you are displaying your drafts on is checked to "Stay Down

'Stay Down' is ticked. Still doing it. I am at a loss.

is there a stay down option on your menu items? Since ordering an item is what causes the change to level 1, I would check the menu levels on each item. used to be the last option in that section.
