Micros 3700 Epson TM88 IP

Hi,

I recently purchased a Epson TM88 IP printer, I am having trouble getting my micros workstations to print to the device, has anyone else had this issue?

Nope, I have a few dozen IP printers and haven't had any problems.

Can you ping yours from the server and workstations?

I can ping the printer and access the web config utility,
I have tried static IP, and dynamic with a reservation in the pool, but still will not print,

Use a static IP, that's how the printers are set up in the configurator. Make sure it's programmed as an IP printer with the correct address and has the server as the controlling network node. And it's pretty basic, but make sure the printer is on the same subnet as the workstations.
